An evening registration date and time has been added to our registration events. Thursday, July 30th, from 4pm-6pm you can come to Spring Creek to register. This registration is open to all students Kindergarten through 5th grade.
We will still have registration times on July 28th and 29th. Tuesday, July 28th, will be for Kindergarten-2nd grade. Wednesday, July 29th, will be for 3rd-5th grade. Both days will have morning sessions running from 9:30-11:30am and afternoon sessions from 1-3pm.
For new students to Spring Creek, please make sure to bring 2 proofs of residency dated within 30 days and your student’s birth certificate and shot record.
For returning students, please make sure to bring 2 proofs of residency dated within 30 days. If you wish to skip in-person registration, please fully submit the online registration including uploading the 2 proofs of residency dated within 30 days. Once this is submitted, you can call the school to verify the registration and hear more about the Meet the Teacher night that will need to be attended in lieu of the in-person registration dates.
