Hello families! It is almost that time again! We are looking forward to seeing everyone and to seeing our students again.
We have some registration updates so we can get everyone registered and ready for the first day of school on August 5th.
We will have 2 in-person registration days at Spring Creek. They will be Tuesday, July 28th and Wednesday, July 29th. Tuesday the 28th will be set up for Kindergarten through 2nd grade registration and Wednesday the 29th will be set up for 3rd grade through 5th grade registration. Both days will have a morning session from 9:30-11:30am and an afternoon session from 1-3pm.
For all new to Spring Creek families, please make sure to bring 2 proofs of residency (dated within 30 days), the student’s birth certificate, the shot record, and any applicable court papers or orders.
For returning families, please make sure to bring 2 proofs of residency (dated within 30 days) and any applicable court papers or orders.
